Important updates regarding indemnity and membership renewal for SASOHN members.
We would like to remind you about the discounted medical malpractice insurance available to SASOHN members through Garrun-CFP Brokers. Please take note of the following important updates:
Legislative changes (2019)
Members are required to pay the indemnity amount directly to CFP Brokers.
Membership fees and indemnity cost
The SASOHN membership category fees do not include the indemnity cost.
Membership fee deadline
According to the updated SASOHN Constitutional Rules, membership fees must be settled with SASOHN by the end of January each year. Only members with up-to-date memberships will qualify for the discounted indemnity cover when renewing at the end of February.
Indemnity cover choice
Members are free to choose their preferred provider for malpractice insurance.
Below you will find instructions on how to access Garrun-CFP Brokers’ online portal to apply and pay for your cover online. We encourage you to renew your SASOHN membership promptly to ensure eligibility for the discounted indemnity cover.
